agree, large buyers are circling around MNM like yachts before the start of the Sydney-Hobart. the gun to set them off and racing could be any of:

1. the CR terms ann;

2. the BM JV ann;

3. Mt M access.

hopefully we get 1 & 2 out of they way within the next few days.

Number 3 will require a bit more work, but it is inevitable that Calcifer will be getting what they have coming to them sooner rather than later - a judgment against them and a $750 000+ legal bill.

I would happily over-subscribe to the CR just to ensure that MNM has more than enough cash to pursue Calcifer to the end of the earth legally about Mt M.

I'm sure plenty of other MNM long termers who have had their MNM investment held hostage by their games would agree.
