    You will find that JT will probably lose his shares. Im sure the ANZ lawyers are better paid than JTs lawyers. Could you imagine if JT was to win. There will be claims from everyone who held shares in OPES. ANZ has sold most of the shares so they will be in a bit of a spot of bother if they had to return all the shares to the original ownwers if the original owners could come up with the cash.
