I think the answer is that they want the cash to increase production from 40,000 oz pa to 100,000 oz pa WITHOUT taking on debt. I think I read somewhere that this was going to cost $10m. I HIGHLY doubt that they will get this capital from the SPP though. I too am running out of patience ... I have been a long term holder, but they just move too slowly ... they need new blood on the Board to break the Foley/Lynch monopoly.
