    yes b/c under the terms of the JV with the IP, PRI was bleeding the company dry with the development costs... If the company did not sign the JV re-structure then our INT would not have been around for much longer. This new arrangement allows them to re0build the business with out the substantial burden from PRI... INT's costs now fall dramatically.
