i guess the main positive though is that the initial payment is $750k ($usd i think), but the remaining payments (every 6 months) are only $250k. obviously there is the balloon payment ($6m) at teh 48 month mark... so 3 years from now. but that can also be cash or shares...
still, an update would be nice. any more CR's will just suppress this further.
