It could be...but then again it might not? It is good that the traders are not on this at the moment which is obviously due to the more steady SP and the lost opportunity to make quick profits.
But this also means that news must'nt be near as the buyers are not budging either and in no rush at all. With the history of CVI and the hype before news due to leaking information, it would appear that no news is immenent and the wait continues.
