This is the companies issue - not the individuals!

All listed companies have some form of investor relations, allowing you to ask the company questions.

You own part of the company no matter what its size, and if you need to have a question answered as part of your ownership you have a right to be heard.

How the company responds to that is the COMPANY's business!

They list [email protected] as the link to get information - anyone wanting additional information can and should ask via this mechanism (not direct emails to the CEO IMO) - although for anything other than the mundane, MS appears to answer in person.

Many other companies I have dealt with give back a form answer, or that "that will be disclosed to the market via the ASX when appropriate". That is an acceptable answer!

If CityView chooses to run its investor relations the way it does, it is its business, however no-one should feel uncomfortable about contacting them. Make sure that it is a legitimate question by all means (and that it hasn't already been released or that you are not asking for insider trading info) but otherwise ask away!

If it gets too much for the CEO to handle, they will need to revisit their strategy.

And saying that 1-2M share holders or less should not be in contact with him is ridiculous - up until a month back these were some of the largest holders of the company!

    All the best.
