Great chart work & interesting points re the US ADRs vs Oz moves.
IMO the high levels of short sales BHP has experienced recently [56% last Thursday] suggest that $40 is a major resistance level. If that resistance is broken on a volume surge it would probably see massive, upward-spiralling short covering. Otherwise it may stay range-bound until re-stocking & results publication early in 2010!
