    We will cross that bridge when and if we come to it. VCR is in the final phrase to becoming fully commercialized. Hence, if a TO were to come forth I for one would be looking at a price that reflects the inherited intrinsic value of foregone future sales. Definitely more than what has been suggested here e.g. $1.50.
