I agree that a TO seems to be far off into the future, but, is it really??? is it that far that it doesn't warrant considering???? I beg to differ!!!

If ever this company looked primed for a TO, it's from now and into the coming months, SPECIALLY with the downward spiralling sp!!!

I believe, from reading this and other posts, sh have been to focused (and rightly so) on the sp performance, and in particular the SH*&y performance by management. But I believe now more than ever, sh should be considering other outcomes.

A TO (IMO) is a real possibility when considering the adancement being made in the BTT. Again, specially with the low sp (touching 29.0 cents today!!).

I believe SH should asking themselves, what is the value of VCR shares considering its fully commercialised future value???

By this I mean, implanting the ventra assist to the tune of doubling it production capacity (irrespective of where the implants are made - Oz/Eu/USA).

When a TO comes, I believe there will be SOME (not all), some people that will want to get-rid of the shares simply because of the bad experience they had.

My message (and personal opinion only), here is this;
1) It's not too early to consider a TO, and what price VCR share should be priced at.
2) When the time comes, and (imo), I believe there is a strong possibility that it will, consider the future price and not the immediate gain. it's not too early to start thinking about it.

Whoever will make the TO bid, will not have accumulated enough shares on the open market, and will need the vote of the remaining SH to affect the TO.

Does anyone have any costings on possible SP value at implants running at full capacity???
