I have given this some serious thought, mentioned in an earlier post, and have concluded shareholders should be offered several options and not one of. Cash, cash & share conversion or share conversion as there is a definite inherited intrinsic value on future sales.

The big picture, these devices will become as common as pacemakers and with all the fuss with HTW moosey and myself consider we are on the better orse, refer to our earlier dialogue.
