Look at the chart of this stock. UMC announced JORC on 28/7/2008. The SP of this stock has fell significantly since. Buy when the resource indicated and sell when inferred. That's the way the market does. Given that most-sought-after IO juniors like BRM and MGX couldn't be exempted from 40-50% down, $1.3-$1.5 for UMC would not be surprising if no further good news in near future IMO.
