    Oakcliff....couple of things going on here. I see the JV as a huge positive and curious why is has not been announced to the market. Secondly from a charting point of view I'd love to see it come back and retest $1.70 to confirm the bottom with big volumes. For the moment I will leave my sentiment as no position and none. As posted ICP is showing great value and will await CUS to retest $1.70 !
