buy levels now reached

Many PEN holders have watched as their capital has diminished by PEN's inexorable downward path. Fundamental analysis has been less than useful in predicting PEN's share price. I follow price, not the acrobatic perambulations of opponents of Uranium in Wyoming nor the company announcements. For what it is worth, I feel PEN is bottoming, it is presently at 3.5 c, it may fall below 3c, but from here on down I will buy. I would not be surprised if directors follow my lead, as they normally do at these levels. The chart is bobbling on previous lows. Uranium is the fuel of the future. PEN will rise again.
