Agree with Pore that buy levels have now been reached but mainly based on industry fundamentals. Some of my reasons for buying back into a few uranium stocks are as follows:

    1) There is talk that China could start approving new reactor builds very soon, possibly even by the end of June 2012.

    2) Japan is also expected to restart 2 reactors shortly most likely before the peak of their summer in July 2012.
    3) Long term uranium price went up slightly last week for the first time in a while which may signal that uranium prices have finally stabilised
4)Share prices of some uranium prices are oversold IMO.

More specifically, in relation to PEN:
    5) Confirmation of financial support from PALA
    6) Confirmation that directors will be exercising all their PENOAs

    Risks :
    1) Europe debt crisis
    2) nuclear accident
    3) PEN fails to secure funding
