Non recounceable 1 for 4 rights issue at 10.5c and half that number of rights at an exercise price of 0.25c before 31 December 2007. ACU likely to go the way of most and drift below the rights issue price.
No real problem underwriting the stock as Opara has probadly given assurances to the underwriters that he will take up his entitlement and maybe the excess - no real choice for him really considering he owns half the company and little other ways to obtain finance.
With Pentrys results due early April don't you think those in the know have a fair inclination now as to what the results might be............why not do the rights issue after the "positive" announcement at a higher price unless...................
