    You need to divide the current price of NST by the number of shares in SAR you require for one NST share, then add the cash consideration. If the result is higher than the current price of one SAR share, buy SAR... if it's lower, buy NST. All bets are off if the merger doesn't happen.

    This isn't advice and don't trust my formula... I've spent all day at the nickel conference.
