Go do some research - go type into google Alberta Coal Policy.

Basically the update is the categories are reinstated and there is no hope in hell (my reading) that anyone on Cat 2 land will mine coal.

Cat 4 is never mention and it doesnt seem to be a problem. Seems like government is taking the easy approach and blasting CAT 2 explorers even though the government approved the exploration.

Basically, CAT 2 land is for limited mining if any at all.

Try to find anything on cat 4 land and it is not mentioned.

MR1 is all CAT 4 land - Dont fall in love with ATU like i did. MR1 is cheaper to buy look at whats on the market no shares. They didnt do trading halt or screw over shareholders and options holders like ATU - ATU told me options would trade again - never happened. so many lies by ATU
