    we were all lied to by ATU - in multiple reports they said if the old coal policy was put back in place that it would have no effect

    but when the old coal policy was put back in place - management used it as excuse to screw options holders and destroy company value

    now their friends will cap raise at 4 cents - better than paying 20 cent
