What has changed? The removal of the land categorisation was less the a year ago, with little change to the SP. The value in this company has been growing whilst under the old mining policy, with the precedence that mining has been approved on cat 2 land in the past. What seems to have changed is investor confidence based on a policy they may not have been even aware existed. DYOR
