If you want to buy some why don't you decide how many you want to buy, halve the order and place it around support say...21 but you may not get filled because there's plenty ahead of you. You might be lucky but you could always place your order at .215 ahead of the pack.....
If you get filled it may go down a bit or a lot so decide how much you are prepared to risk....
