Tom Richardson is.... im not even going to say it, I think he's not the best commentator out there and ill leave it at that. but on the title alone he is right about it being a problem for the credit card issuers - and i think its a market that brokers/IBanks forget to include in their market valuations: hence they can only come up with "fair values" well below the market price.
