the officeholders IMO have not done anything wrong by the SH's here - it has been unfortunate circumstances but they are ploughing on getting on with business. They should be commended for that. Only issue I have is the lack of timing they have in their reporting obligations which should fall on CEO/CFO but then he may have been directed to do that???. Obviously good in their field of expertise BUT Maybe lacking that managerial experience to really pull this off - time will tell.
