There has been a LOT of noise around the share price in past few days.

I'm a pretty humble share trader, and don't claim to know a lot. As I've learnt (mostly the hard way) that whatever decision I make for trades, based on my best informed and logical decision making, can be blown out by so many other factors, that then reinforce that I am nothing more than a grain of sand on a beach.

However, I've kept my SGR holdings (even after thinking of selling at a loss), and even increased by 20,000 yesterday (70,000 total - ave. price is low $.50's), as my logic and experience still allows me to have confidence the share price will increase. In time.

Yes, there are current company problems (as we've all read about). Hopefully time and patience should help resolve these issues. Today, I looked at the Queens Wharf website, and if nothing else does, then this is an impressive build.

Building, or achieving anything of scale can be soul destroying, along the way. Think of the movie makers that made titanic. Champion sports people that are written off, but come back.
Bruce Springstein was told by his school teacher he would achieve nothing in life. Last I heard, they call him 'the boss'. You get my point. As a person with commercial building experience, I am qualified at some level to comment that a cost blowout (especially in time of high inflation and supply issues) and construction delays is the reality, and not surprising.
