Any delisting will not occur in a hurry but the plans are in place clearly. As it gets more promotion expect many more millions to go thru as LT holders seek to crystalise their tax losses for FY10.

You are a relatively new buyer, yes? If so you are not in as bad a position as the long termers, just get out and forget it? Or wait it out and see where it takes you.

This beast is now lurching unpredictably from total loss to possible opportunity at current levels. You just can not pick it at this point.

The only thing for certain is that as a business it has sustained massive losses and on present published plans appears to have no way out of it's present predicament. If it continues in it's current form it will be out of cash in about 4-6 months (even this is hard to calculate as the business has clearly been losing about $800K PM but the present CEO states in the last report that it is only losing about $300K PM, it has about $2.5M in cash left).
