I think you are right, but this knowledge of a 200 mio share placement has been around for a long time and I think probably factored into the SP by now.
The SP may still and probably will go lower but I think the risk/reward ratio is fast becoming in favour of the buyer.
I think that the SP will be linked to the general market machinations until we get an announcement - hopefully positive!
What do you think?
