STO buying OSH for $4.20 per share has to be the buy of the decade!
Through 2019, OSH averaged about $7.50/share, and with the on-set of the pandemic in early 2020 and LNG prices tanking below cost, the company pulled the trigger and raised funds cheaply at $2.10! The wolf was certainly wounded!
Moving forward and in this new-world of hydrocarbon exploitation, OSH was going to struggle to raise the necessary capital for their genuine growth plans, and in strolled STO and the schmooze machine led by Kevin Gallagher!
As one would say, "the rest is history"!
Reflecting on the current situation, OSH shareholders are in a better vehicle with STO and together, the combined regional champion has a bevvy of growth and financing options to see the firm realize its valuation potential that has eluded the stand-alone STO business for decades!
Buy of the decade!
