    No idea...I would guess Tom is only one with this amount or stock ??

    1/ Good that it removes some of the overhang and lets Tom hold the balance until a deal is done to unlock value !!

    2/ Bad someone now has 10 mil shares to sell at anything
    above 48 cents to make some easy money !!

    Still not sure how this one will play out !
