I've just had a look at this thread and I didn't notice the replies to my post at the time. I only posted my opinion as I noted many posters wanting to sell their houses and liquify assets to keep on buying, which was a concern.
Anyway, no corp action so far and I feel it is strange that despite the really heavy volume - no new sub. holder notice has been released. SDL's registry is very weak with the Top 20 holding only 54.63%. More than 50% of SDL shares are held by investors who own less than 10,000 shares (I feel this correlates to the number of posts on HC)- it needs shoring up along with the debt/quity financing sewn up - no doubt at much cheaper prices IMO. They have a great asset.
