Quarterly will be out next week. On most occasions it has come on the last thursday or friday on the month. That will tell you how much they have in the bank.
As for a CR, my view is that is highly unlikely and undesirable. SDL should have enough $$ in the bank to carry them well up to when a funding agreement is running.
