The attached article is 2 months old but it appears to be 100% correct. It may go down to 35 cents before the end of the year. If it is anywhere near that price in November I will be buying up more, anticipating a rebound in 2010.

As long as the $A holds up, Profarmer believes that fertiliser prices should stay cheaper than last year. It is difficult to see in the short to medium term any significant rise in international values. DAP prices may struggle for a little while, but urea prices should stabilise.
Most will have booked the majority of their fertiliser needs for 2009. However, for 2010, decisions will begin to be made in the next few months – current prices must look attractive.
Locally we should start to see some downward movement in urea and DAP prices. How well this occurs will depend on competition in the market place.
