Question 1:
I have one million SBR options. Is my understanding correct that to convert these options to shares, I have to pay SBR 0.008 per option - in other words to convert this million options, I need to pay $8000.00 to the company by September 2022. Is this correct?
Answer: Yes, this is correct. And You can convert it at any time from now till Sep 2022. So this will give you chance to invest your money (which you save by not buying share) some other stock or buy more of SBRO now and convert your option to share of SBR in Sep 2020.
Question 2:
In the meantime, if the stock heads increase in price to, say, 5 cents or 10 cents each, does this change the amount I have to pay (0.008 per option) to convert to one share?
Answer: No change in your payment amount. It is still $8,000
Question 3:
If, when I convert the options at .008 each to a share, and the share price is, say, 5 cents each, can I then sell the converted option for 5 cents each?
Answer: Yes, you can convert into share and sell your SBR share for 5 cents.
Hope this helps.
