Registry is advanced share registry services.
08 9389 8033.
You will need to quote your asx chess sponsorship number, HIN or you may have a statement of holdings, that will contain a reference.
There are many registries, so if you need to check another in future, go to the asx website.
Your then normally sent a form to complete, pay etc.
It is a process that can take a few weeks, so don't expect if paid, shares there to trade in a day or two.
If you phone there registry, they will guide you a bit more.
