I don't take any price action that happens in the last few weeks of June every year very seriously tbh. Always a weak month due to tax loss selling, companies rarely making any moves as they're busy calculating the books etc.
See how things evolve with KAR in July/August when actual news around capital management and so forth start to come out, better things to waste your time on than the day to day share price movements of a midcap producer IMO.
