The application form for the SOP shares was interesting... A few things that jumped out at me:

1) The $ value of the boxes that could be ticked (to take up shares) started at $5,000 which I thought was a big amount to have as a minimum because many punters would hold less than $5K worth of stock at 12c. So the assumption is that punters are expected to invest multiples of their current $ investment?

2) Further reading showed that in fact the minimum investment is $2,000 - the form is clearly designed to milk punters for more than the minimum.

3) Retail punters are being offered up to $5 million in SOP shares! This is highly unusual and shows that the big end of town is perhaps not fully investing in this deal. Usually the big boys get the cake and punters get only the crumbs.
