Sorry I am on the same side of that bet as you mf.
I firmly believe we will get DFS/BFS in May. It is DRA reputation on the line also. It seems they are proven performers.

So therefore I cant take your bet.
Will happily shout you a drink when it comes good though.

My last feedback about DFS/BFS was received on 3/5/12, from PL. "we are on track for may"

Re pete saying that 3 potential JV partners and 3 different structures. Would they have to choose the structure (and efectively their partner) before they could release DFS?
It would not really be definitive if it still have 3 scenarios would it?
So I still think JV and BFS will be extremely close together, and soon.
