when i spoke to company secretary on friday he said placement money had arrived and he said the only issue to be resolved for blumont was ratification of dml shareholders at agm. i dont hold i rang company for a mate who does. the company secretary knew of no issues that would stop transaction from going ahead. good luck holders.
