I have been waiting to increase my position in PAR and the price is looking good right now even with a capital raise looming. I am still hoping they can do a deal for MPS but it seems unlikely given their track record hinting a deal is in the works with nothing ever eventuating. The market sentiment seems really grim at the moment which is usually a good time to accumulate if you believe in the company long term.
Wondering the following if anyone wants to speculate or share their thoughts..
Do we know an updated estimate timeline for our OA trials and NDA (I can't find any specific dates on their website or in recent announcements)?
What are peoples thoughts on how low the price will go with a capital raise and when would this capital raise seem likely?
What milestones does PAR need to achieve before the SP can finally start moving up again?
