    yeah..thats $400k .... at first i thought it was someone putting in a false bottom so he could offload some share when other people offered at a higher price, but that doesnt make sense now as they are now at the top of the list...

    someone with a bucket load of money and confidence in SUR... i wonder when they will bite the bullet and actually buy whats on offer...he/she could have saved themselves some cash if they purchased back in the high .02 range...
