my thoughts....perhaps he's not trying to accumulate at all...he knows theres a fairly good chance no one will offload 10mill shares at such a loss(there has been light trade volumes around the current price) so i beleive he is just trying to instill a bit of buyer confidence in the stock and help the SP get back up(which is what is happening)...he/she probably owns multi millions and may try to sell when the SP is back around his buy price...probably between the 8-12c range...
any comments on this theory?
