    matchbox20/others: How much "serious cash" will SUR really need for Thailand. And I do not see any need "for other interests" at the moment. (If Malta were to come, I believe that SUR would be free-carried...).
    So what do you SUR longs think will be needed in terms of FUNDING for Thailand. I would rather see another raising than a dilution from the 50:50 with CVN in Thailand !! But I am not even sure that they will have to do a raising. Maybe Meek will just be enough to see them through?

    P.S. If a raising at 8c to 10c, it would not be too bad. But could they get it done that high whilst the sp is at half that level at present?? Just wondering.
