I’m going with FAR’s estimate and that was a 75% COS
But that’s not what matters here what matters it’s what COP and WPL think their COS is and if they are less than confident I cannot see them rolling the dice and waiting for the arbitrators to pronounce a verdict.
Can you imagine how much FAR will want to play ball if the verdict is handed down in their favour. WPL and COP will be rooted and I cannot see them allowing even a remote possibility of that happening.
Lets face it their is a great possibility of this being wrapped up sooner rather than later.
