Any early TO or settlement will occur after submitting the final post hearing submissions (September) and before the PE verdict (December)
If PE is successful FAR will be too expensive and determined to ride this all the way past first oil and into the gravy train.
That’s what FAR believe is their destiny and what their major shareholders are expecting.
