There's NO way D & C group will sell their 44% of the project for the same terms as what SRK bought IAC's holding.
Adding onto that, of the 44% half of that is actually owned by an unlisted Aussie company called Ausinca and I doubt they'd want to sell-out on the cheap either.
Don't forget both parties rejected a proposed buyout pre-GFC days which was in the hundreds of millions so both parties know the value of the project and wont be selling out on the cheap.
What'll happen I reckon is that the other parties will buy IAC's 6% and they'll each have 50/50.
At least the buyers depth looks a little better these days.
