    There is NO bloody premium in the PRICE.

    As usual the Chinese clobbered the share price (which was sitting pretty above 30 cents ever since the ASX announcement of solicitation of interests), then the Chinese knocked it done systematically to 20 cents.

    38 cents is a joke.
