I am analysing a situation where, by definition, you don't have full information, I would be stupid to believe I could be sure of anything.
The signals are that Sanofi is happy with what they have from UNS and they aren't overly worried by Amgen's potential, much closer, relationship with UNS. The latter suggests they aren't hugely interested in anything else UNS has (or, at least, Amgen isn't a threat to Sanofi accessing it).
There are lots of delivery companies in the world. When you are a Sanofi, you really need a very compelling reason to rely on any one or even a few small companies for your ancillary needs.
More likely, you will look to those companies that have a strict, absolutely specific, core competency in EXACTLY the problem you want to solve. Rarely, will this be the same company more than twice, even if the applications are highly similar. It is a very tough, competitive, world out there.
