Thats the market at present..Check out RMG UCL and QUR just to name a few.even CIG today looks oversold.
Problem is once hysteria hits this market especially on the penny stocks then all orderly thinking is thrown out the window.
ADD could fall to 1.5 in this market but i hope not as i hold at 6.2
