As far as I can see the best way to get exposure to PKO's Asia blocks (which if developed would have good economics as cost are less in Asia than Australia....don't get me started on that) in any state where they could be developed is buy OXX? The only hitch is OXX is so tightly held?
OXX are also building portfolio that could make it a take over target?
