Mario **elli (GAMCO) is a very well regarded value investor. Same school of investing as Klarman et al. But he added his own twist to the value philosophy focusing on trade buy-outs with catalysts. Not sure if they have been buying stock(?) or simply just published a research note, but $10 valuation I would think assumes that they believe that is what an industry buyer would pay for LNG. Stock is below 40c, ballsy call to say this is worth $10 in 2020.
