Its a bit like the Chinese just bought all the toilet paper in the World, or ~23% of it.
So far, not many people know, as suggested by little chatter about the China move elsewhere. When people 'wake up' things will get going.
As for EME, the followers likewise haven't read the news, or the major owns are a bit - ho hum, they have bought most of the bog rolls.
Problem for utilities who use uranium they are facing a supply deficit, and uranium takes a lot longer to put together than toilet paper.
Its a bit like the Chinese just bought all the toilet paper in...
